Important Safety Instructions
● It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are adequately
informed of all precautions.

Ensure that all nuts and screws are securely tightened before using the equipment.
The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for
damage and/or wear and tear.
●
DO NOT exceed maximum user weight of 125kg.
● Before starting any exercise program you should consult your physician to determine if
you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk,
or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is essential if
you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
● Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health.
Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your
chest, irregular heartbeat, and extreme shortness of breath, light headache, dizziness or
feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions, you should consult your
physician before continuing with your exercise program.
● Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult
use only.
● Place the equipment on a level surface, with enough clearance around the equipment to
mount, dismount, and use the equipment. To protect the floor or carpet from damage,
place a mat under the training bench.
● DO NOT store this equipment near heat or an open flame, under direct sunlight or in
especially humid areas.
● Before beginning any exercise, do some warm-up and stretching exercises to reduce the
possibility of injury.
● Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from
the equipment during exercise, stop using the equipment immediately and don’t use the
equipment until the problem has been rectified.
● Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may
become entangled in the equipment.
● Do not place fingers or objects into moving parts of the exercise equipment.
● Do not attempt to use this equipment at high speeds or in standing positions until you
have practiced and are comfortable at lower speeds.
● Allow only one person at a time on the bike while it’s operating.
● After exercising, push down the resistance adjustment knob or turn the knob counter

clockwise to reduce the speed of the flywheel and reduce the possibility of injury.
