Collecting logs from servers
To collect the logs from the server nodes or the HLH, use Dynamic System Analysis (DSA).

Collecting data from switches
For the RackSwitch G8052, use the following ENOS commands to gather data. The user must be in
Privileged EXEC mode.
show tech-support {l2|l3|link|port}
copy tech-support {ftp|sftp}
<server_URL>
copy flash-dump {ftp|sftp}

For the RackSwitch G8272, use the following CNOS commands to gather data. The user must be in
Privileged EXEC mode.
display tech-support
cp tech-support {ftp|scp|sftp|tftp}
