CX34 upflow coils and all Lennox air handlers (except CB26UH “R”) are
shipped with a factory installed TXV. In most cases, no change out of the valve
is needed.
If a change out is required it will be listed in the “TXV SUBSTITUTIONS” table.
The correct TXV must be ordered and field installed. C33 coils and all horizon-
tal and downflow coils are shipped without a TXV. The TXV must be ordered
and field installed.
