3. Loosen the clasps that secure the louvers to the case

cover.  Bend the louver slightly to remove it.

4. Remove the screw(s) that secure the indoor terminal

strip access cover.

5. Lift the screw cover to access the screws that secure

the lower portion of the front cover to the unit.
