- Do not use the appliance if it drops onto the ground or in case that it is damaged or if the plug is
damaged. In case of damages, please bring the appliance to an authorised service centre to have it checked and
eventually repaired.
- Do not switch the appliance on if it does not work properly or shows anomalies.
In no case that you try to repair the appliance by yourself, in order to avoid all the risks caused by electricity. Never
place the cable on sharp edges and keep it away from heat sources and fire.

- Do not wash the appliance or its components in the dishwasher.
- Recycle packaging material as advised by your country’s recycling regulations.
- Do not let the children play with packaging material; danger of suffocation.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remotecontrol

WARNINGS AND SPECIAL SAFETY RULES
- Always extend the cord for all its length. Do not use the appliance if the cord is partially rolled up.
If the appliance is provided with a cord roller, take it out for all its length.
- After a long use, the power cord can get slightly warm; let it cool down before relocating it or rolling it up
again.
- Before storing or cleaning the appliance, switch it off and unplug it from the socket, wait for the complete
cooling down of the motor.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- Ensure that the ventilation holes are never blocked.
- Never introduce objects or your hands in the ventilation holes.
- Do not put loads, do not step nor press the power cord or the flexible hose.
- Do not use the appliance in case it is not correctly and completely assembled.
- Do not use the appliance to suck dust without the filter suitable for dry use.
- Do not use the appliance if the filter is damaged or broken.
- Do not use the appliance to suck water without the filter suitable for use with water.
- Do not use the appliance without filters.
- Before using the appliance, install all the proper filters.
- Do not carry the appliance by keeping it hanging by the cord.
- Never use the appliance to suck oily liquids, explosives, inflammable, corrosive substances, solvents,
lighted cigarette ends, incandescent ash, embers or burning material, studs, pins or any kind of objects
with a point.
- Do not suck dangerous dust or something harmful to the health.
- Never use the appliance to suck cement dust, cooled ash, file dust, sawdust or metal dust; they could
obstruct the filter and be abrasive, resulting in a damage to the motor, which would make the warranty decay.
- Do not suck products or substances which may damage filters in use.
- Do not try to open the containing trunk when the appliance is operating; it is dangerous. Always switch the
appliance off and remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- Empty the containing trunk after each use, and clean the filters.
