MASTER EQ. FILTER
he MASTER section is fitted with a 4-position pot called
FILTER
, with which it is
possible to change the EQ of the
MIX L&R
signal from the mixers input channels.
The three pre-set EQ curves enable the response of the system to be varied according
to the type of use or to suit personal taste.
0 OFF
é
In this position, the filter doesnt modify the MIX L&R signal in any
way.
1 WARM
é
This curve has been designed for all applications in which a warm,
embracing sound is necessary. In fact it cuts away the signal in correspondence
to those frequencies which one typically tends to remove on single channels (
mids
)
and boosts the frequencies at the extremities of the band (
low and high
).
2 VOCAL
é
The
VOCAL
curve has been designed for use in all those
environments or situations in only the
human voice
has to be reinforced: conference
rooms and meeting halls, theatres, churches, etc. The response curve is
characterized by a bandpass filter, used to reduce low frequency resonance which
often occur when using microphones, emphasize the mid frequencies typical of the
human voice and reduce the high-frequency feedback problems.
3 LPS - P.A. SYSTEM
é
This third curve has been specifically designed for
compensating and optimizing the response of the
LEM
range of
LPS PLUS
&
LPS
ACTIVE
loudspeaker enclosures.
