3 TRANSPORT
The LELYTERRA harrow can be transported on the tractor’s
3 point hitch.
- For transport on public roads the maximum working width
allowed by law should be taken into account.
In folded position, the LELYTERRA harrow remains
within a transport width of 3 m.
- Fold up the soil deflectors and secure them with the aid of
the locking pins.
This is not applicable if the machine is fitted with a POLYMAT Seed
Drill.
- Lift the machine further with the tractor three point system
until the machine is sufficiently clear from the ground.
- Fold up the machine until the harrow segments are secured
by the locking pins. Make sure that the depth control
rollers behind the machine do not touch the ground.
- Use all such lighting and warning signals as are mandatory
by law.
- For transport on public roads: make sure that the front axle
weight is sufficient (fit front weights, if necessary) and that
the rear axle weight allowed as a maximum is not
exceeded.

allow the PTO shaft to rotate when the machine is
lifted.
