Replace a film roll

Procedure

Stop the tractor engine and remove the ignition key from the tractor
before you do maintenance or adjustments to the Attis.

1.

Move the the lock of the dispenser downwards to engage the lock.

2.

Pull the dispenser backwards to release the dispenser from the film
roll.

3.

Pull the film lock handle from the locking bracket.

4.

Swing the film lock handle counterclockwise upwards to disengage
the film lock

5.

Remove the film from the dispenser, if necessary.

6.

Remove the film roll from the film holder and discard it.

7.

Install a new film roll on the film holder.

Keep your hands away from the top of the film roll.

8.

Position the new film roll to the center of the film holder.

9.

Return the film handle to the lock position.

Make sure the new film roll is locked.

10.

Feed the film from the new film roll through the dispenser according
the instruction sticker.

11.

Pull the dispenser slightly backwards.

12.

Move the lock of the dispenser upwards to disengage the lock.

13.

Allow the dispenser to move gently towards the film roll.

Do not attach the film to the film cutter.

14.

Attach the film from the film roll to the eye bracket on the wrapping
table (Figure 19, page 3

21).
