1 INTRODUCTION

The LELY HIBISCUS 1015 CD Profi (fig.1) is a pull-type, twin-rotor cam
rake for central delivery. The machine has 2 rotors with 15 tine arms,
each equipped with 5 double tines.
The tines give a clean sweep and move the grass to the centre in an
airy windrow.
The machine's working width and swath width can be adjusted
infinitely by means of hydraulics.
The OCTOSENSE wheel assembly comprising 8 tyres ensures excellent
raking when working in undulating fields as well.

The rotors of the HIBISCUS 1015 CD rake are fitted to the carriage by
means of a 3-D system (fig. 2), allowing them to follow ground
contours independently of the carriage. The OCTOSENSE wheel
assembly underneath the rotor feels its way over the ground in such
a way that clean raking is ensured and no crop is left behind.
The rotors of the HIBISCUS 1015 CD rake have a modular
construction, allowing any repairs to a tine arm shaft to be carried
out quickly and cost-effectively.

The HIBISCUS 1015 CD rake is fitted with a hydraulic system, which
transfers part of the weight of the rotors to the carriage.
Consequently, the large wheels of the carriage and the tractor
absorb the weight, thereby minimising any damage to the turf.

The hydraulic system can be controlled by means of a cord or
electrically when switching from the transport position to the
working position. In addition, the electrically controlled system
allows the machine to be operated with one rotor in the headland
position and the other one on the ground, which greatly facilitates
the raking of slanting plots and field corners.

The HIBISCUS 1015 CD Profi+ is a special version of this rake. The Plus
version of the HIBISCUS 1015 CD Profi features wheel assemblies
underneath the rotors, the height of which can be hydraulically
adjusted from the tractor cab. This not only makes the adjustment
easier than with the standard wind handle, but also enables the
working height of the rake teeth to be adjusted during operation,
due to tracks in the ground, for example. On the Plus version, the
hydraulic system is controlled electrically via a control box in the
tractor cab.

As standard, the HIBISCUS 1015 CD rake is fitted with brakes on the
transport wheels. Either a hydraulically or pneumatically operated
system can be supplied, according to the user's preference.
