6.1.3 Fine-directional fixture for specimen
clamps

Before the fine-directional fixture for
specimen clamps can be mounted, loosen
4 screws (

) (Allen key size 3) and carefully
remove the fixture for specimen clamps from
the baseplate (

).

Using the 4 supplied screws (

) and the
Allen key size 3, fasten the baseplate to the
object head (

).

Now, screw the fine-directional fixture for
specimen clamps with the 4 screws (
10
) and
the Allen key size 3 onto the object head.
If the fine-directional fixture for spec-
imen clamps is not used, retain the
baseplate and 4 screws (11) together
with the fine-directional fixture for
specimen clamps!
