Inspection on site
Parts like motors, pumps, valves, cylinders and electrical / electronical devices,
whether they are apparently defective or not, must not be opened for inspection,
alteration or repair.
In these cases LEFFER reserves the right to declare the guarantee null and void.
Components may only be opened with prior written authorization from LEFFER and
claims will only be accepted if sufficient evidence of the defect in question is sent to
H. LEFFER.
H. LEFFER reserves final judgment on all such cases.
B. Return under warranty
Above mentioned items shall be returned to H. LEFFER only with prior acceptance
from H. LEFFER. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the components under
guarantee freight pre-paid for inspection.
If the component found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Components without the original factory seals or which were opened without
H. LEFFER's agreement, will not be accepted.
C. Exclusions
The guarantee is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products and does
not include labour, consumables or other costs incurred in removing, dismantling or
re-installing such items.
