Backrest angle
The backrest can be angled by loosening the
ratchet handle (A) on the backrest pivot lock,
setting to the required angle and retighten the
ratchet handle securely. Use the scale on the
side of the tube to help select required angle.
Always ensure the back angle is secure to
maintain the desired posture for the child.
The back angle can be adjusted with the
child in the seat.
Footplate height
To set the height of the footplate loosen the
knob (B) on the back of the calf support tube
and slide the footplate to the required height
and retightening the lever.
To set the correct height of the footplate
measure the distance from the from the back
of the child’s knee to the bottom of their heel.
This can be set with the child in the seat.
Always ensure the footplate is secure
before placing the child in the seat to
prevent them from sliding down in the seat.
