10. CONSTRUCTIVE COMPONENTS
The entire chamber where the foodstuffs are deposited is made from non-toxic material and appro-
ved by the Spanish Food Code.
All the accessories and protectors comply with the same requirements, including all fastenings, nuts
and bolts, which will be made of stainless or zinc-based steel.
The refrigerated unit is designed to be operated using ecological gas refrigerant, approved by the
current EC standards.
