Assembly of the boom:

7.3.1

LBA4:

A-

Unscrew the three M8x20 stainless steel screws that secure the gib without completely
removing them

B-

Remove the boom cap and engage the boom until it protrudes slightly (1 cm)

C- Retighten the screws
D- Replace the cap

7.3.2

LBA6/6R/63:

A-

Install the clamping collar equipped with the gib

B-

Install the four M8x16 stainless steel screws tightening them slightly

C- Remove the cap and engage the boom up to the clamping collar (take care not to drop the

boom sensor if present)

D- Retighten the clamping collar and gib screws
E-

Replace the cap
