WET & DRy VACUUM CLEANER PRECAUTIONS
•
The equipment should not be used to
pick up water from containers, lavatories,
tubs, etc.
•
These machine are not designed for
picking up health endangering dusts or
inflammable/explosives substances.
•
Before vacuuming liquids, check the
float functions correctly. When vacuuming
liquids, and when the tank is full, a fl oat
closes the suction opening, and the vacuum
operation is interrupted. Then switch off the
machine, disconnect the plug and empty the
tank. Regularly clean the water level limiting
device (fl oat) and examine it for signs of
damage.
•
If foam/liquid should come from the
machine exhaust switch off immediately.
ASH VACUUM PRECAUTIONS
•
Do not vacuum hot ashes, burning
coals or liquids. Make sure that the
material to be vacuumed is not burning.
•
If ashes hose

turn the device off immediately and let it
cool.
•
The mains supply cable should not be
used to pull or lift the machine.
•
The machine should never be emersed
in water or a pressure jet of water used for
cleaning.
•
When using the machine in wet rooms
(e.g. in the bathroom) only connect it to
sockets which are connected in series with
a ground fault circuit interrupter. In case
of doubt, consult an electrician.
•
Take care not damage the electric cable.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard
•
Should extension cables be used, ensure
that these lay on dry surfaces and protected
against water jets.
•
The use of extension leads, connectors
or adaptors that do not conform to the
applicable regulations is not permitted.
•
If the equipment should overturn it is
recommended that the machine should be
stood up before switching off.
•
Aggressive solvents or detergents
should not be used.
•
The machine must be always used on
horizontal bases.
•
Keep the machine on plane surfaces.
•
Do not use the machine without proper
filters.
•
Service and repairs must be carried
out by qualified personnel only. Only use
manufacturer original spare parts for service
repair.
•
