8. Doorbell function
In the monitor there is a generator which can function as a door bell.
The generator is activated with a bell button connected to appropriate terminals in the mo-
nitor. Pressing the bell button causes generating gong sound. If bell button is pressed during
monitor calling then call signal will be replaced for a moment by gong sound, and then swit
-
ched on again.
All signals are automatically turned down during the conversation.
Note!
Bell terminals (BELL, GND) should not be connected to any other electrical systems, espe
-
cially 230V mains.
9. Maintenance
In the case of contamination, monitor should be cleaned with soft, damp cloth.
Monitor inside should not be flooded with water or other liquid because this can cause the
equipment damage.
Do not use abrasive materials that can scratch the surface of the casing.
Do not use gasoline and any solvents or strong detergents for cleaning, as they may dama

ge or discolor the surface.
