ULTRASONIC SENSORS EXCLUSION
If is necessary arming the alarm system voluntarily leaving inside the vehicle one or more persons,
animals, etc.. that can generate an alarm cause of Ultrasonic sensors is possible done the their
exclusion.
It’s advise to exclude the ultrasonic sensors also if, at the same conditions described before, the
transponder remains outside the “A” zone (see the chapter “Functioning Range”).
For do the “Ultrasonic sensors exclusion”, w
from the “Manual arming, is necessary
ithin 2 seconds
press again the transponder button. The exclusion will be signalled by 2 acoustic tones (beep).
The alarm causes generated by starting of the vehicle and opening of the bonnet will remain actives.
ALARM CAUSES
The alarm system protects the vehicle from:
Starting ON of the vehicle;
Opening of the Bonnet (if grey wire setting as input);
Intrusion inside the vehicle detected by the ultrasonic sensors (delayed of about seconds since It
2
is detected the movement presence inside the vehicle) (if are present).
When one of this causes generates an alarm condition, the siren start to sound strong.
For any alarm type are done 5 cycles lasting about 30 seconds each, alternated by 5 seconds pause;
at the end of the 5 cycles the cause that has generated the alarm condition is ignored.
Also if one or all the causes that have generated the alarm condition fail during the 5 cycles, the siren
will continue however to sound until to complete the 5 cycles of alarm.
The only mode to stop the alarm condition is by pressing the transponder button.
The disarming will be signalled by the interruption of the alarm condition followed by 3 short acoustic
tones (beep).

TROUBLESHOOTING
1) The siren doesn’t sound by self-powered:
The internal battery can be flat. Will be necessary about 15 hours of car using to obtain a full
charge of internal battery.
2) Opening one ore more doors or the bonnet, the system starts an alarm condition instead to disarm
itself:
If previous the alarm was armed manually, remember that is mandatory disarm manually the
alarm system pressing the transponder button.
If previous the alarm was armed automatically, verify that the transponder is running and that It
has not a flat battery (briefly pressing the button, the red led must turns ON intensely for ½
second; otherwise turn ON the transponder (see the chapter “Turning ON/OFF procedure of the
transponder”) or go to a LASERLINE authorized centre for the battery replacement.
3) With alarm automatically armed, opening one ore more doors or the bonnet, the alarm system
doesn’t make anything disarming acoustic tone (beep) and doesn’t start to sound strong.
The transponder can be remains into the “B” zone around the vehicle (in open field and wit out
h
the presence of obs acles). In this case we suggested to use the manual arming avoiding so the
t
failure arming of the alarm system.
4) Wit out the transponder, trying to generate an alarm cause by ultrasonic sensors, the siren doesn’t
h
sound (doesn’t happen an alarm condition):
In this case try to increase the ultrasonic sensors module (see the chapter “Ultrasonic sensors
calibration).
5) The alarm system doesn’t make the arming/disarming after reconnecting the alarm unit to the
power supply:
Every time that the alarm unit is disconnected from the power supply for at lest 5 seconds, at
the next power supply, the alarm system, for the first 20 seconds, will ignore any arming/disarming
transponder pressure to allow the grey wire programming
