Unscrew the stem valve (

) altogether, check the surface
of the ball seating (

) that comes into contact with the ball
(

If worn, replace them;
•
Use a screwdriver to remove the O-Ring (

) and replace
it making sure it is aligned correctly
(as illustrated)

Use a screwdriver to remove the two open-ring guide bands
(

) and replace them;
•
Use a size 24 spanner to unscrew the lower stem (
L14
);
•
Screw the valve stem

on again and tighten
fully, gripping the valve in a vice. To tighten, use a 22 mm
spanner; the use of a thread paste is recommended;
