Entering
ATDT 28.150
causes the EDS to assume the first two octets in the IP
address and connects to the remote IP address 192.168.28.150, port 10001.
Entering
ATDT 150
causes the EDS to assume the first three octets and
connects to the remote IP address 192.168.16.150, port 10001.
Entering
ATDT 28.150:10012
causes the EDS to assume the first two octets in
the IP address and connects to the remote IP address 192.168.28.150, port
10012.
Note:
If you add 10012 after the IP address segment, port 10012 is used instead
of the port defined in Connect mode.
By default, the +++ characters are not passed through the connection. To pass them
through the connection, enable Echo Pluses on the Tunnel - Modem Emulation page
(see
Tunnel – Modem Emulation Page
on page
69).
