Note:

Diagram #2 shows a typical depth
of pipe to be submerged in
cement. The bottom flange is to
be submerged 10” into cement.
Crown the cement to optimize
drainage. Cement walls should be
vertical to minimize the effects of
frost upheaval. Loose soil
conditions will require a larger
hole. (e.g. sand & gravel.)
