Pulses per mile:

a.

Press the FUNC button until the "PULSES" icon
appears in the display. The number in the display
indicates how many times the shaft rotates for
every mile driven

.

Using the UP and DOWN buttons, adjust the
display to "222". Press FUNC button to accept
the number in the display as the new pulses per
mile

(See Figure 4-13.)

b.

If a password is set, you will not be able to adjust
the pulses per mile.
