ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

COOKING CENTER  GRILL

MODEL 520268

STEP 11:  ASSEMBLE THE BOLT-ON ADJUSTABLE 
SIDE SHELF

Install the bolt-on adjustable side shelf [ BD ] to the barrel 
with (4) 10 mm long bolts [ O ] and (4) kep nuts [ O3 ].  
Tighten the bolts securely.

Add a small amount of lubricant to the sliding areas of each 
hinge for easy movement.  See INSET D on PAGE 5.  This 
shelf can be folded for easier storage. 

STEP 12:  INSTALL THE CONDIMENT BASKET

Tilt and align the condiment basket [ AP ] hooks with 
the holes on the legs and drop the basket down to 
lock it in place.

STEP 13:  INSTALL THE CHARCOAL AND 
COOKING GRATES

Place (1) charcoal grate [ F ] onto the bottom of 
the barrel.  Next, place (1) cooking grate onto 
the barrel ledges.  The cooking grate access 
panel has to open upwards.

STEP 14:  INSTALL THE WARMING GRATE

Place the warming grate [ EE ] on top of the (2) 
adjustable lid vent bolts as shown in STEP 14 and 
INSET E.

STEP 15:  PLACE THE ADDITIONAL GRATES
AND SHELVES ONTO THE STORAGE HOOKS

Place the remaining charcoal grate [ F ], cooking grate 
[ G ] and clip-on back shelf [ BF ] onto the wide spaced 
storage hooks under the barrel.

Place the (2) clip-on side shelves [ BE ] onto the 
narrow spaced storage hooks under the barrel.
