
STEP 4: ATTACH DOUBLE BARREL TO LEG ASSEMBLY
CAREFULLY place the barrel assembly onto the leg assembly.
See STEP 4.1. Center and align the barrel grill assembly with the
mating holes. CAREFULLY open and steady the barrel assembly,
the barrel will want to shift. Use (6) 12 mm bolts [ U ], (6) flat
washers [ T ] and (6) kep nuts [ S ] to attach the leg assembly to
the double barrel. Install bolts as shown in STEP 4.2. Be sure the
bolt in the center is installed from inside the barrel. Make sure the
barrel is level and tighten all bolts securely.

STEP 5: ATTACH THE LID HANDLE
Attach the wood handle [ K ] to the lid with (2)
48 mm bolts [ K1 ], (2) handle spacers [ K2 ] and
(2) kep nuts [ O3 ]. See STEP 5. Tighten bolts
securely.

STEP 6: INSTALL THE AIR VENTS
Find the following parts for this step: (4) adjustable
vents [ BH ], (2) 10 mm long bolts [ BL ], (2) 25 mm long
bolts [ BK ], (4) 4 mm split lock washers [ BN ] and (4)
kep nuts [ BM ]. Attach (2) adjustable vents to each
side of the barrel by inserting (2) 10 mm long bolts
from the outside, fastening each bolt with (1) split lock
washer and (1) kep nut.
Repeat the same step for the adjustable vents on the
lid using (2) 25 mm long bolts instead.
WARNING: The ash cleanout slots should never
be open when grilling. Please review and under-
stand the vent positions before using.
