ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:  ASSEMBLE LEGS AND BOTTOM SHELF

Attach (1) lower leg support [ D ] to the lower part of each
leg [ B,C ] with (4) 60 mm long bolts [ Y1 ] as shown in
STEP 1.1.  Make sure the flush end of the leg is facing out.
See INSET A.  Finger tighten bolts only.  Insert the bottom
expanded metal shelf [ BJ ] pins into the attached lower
leg support slots.  Align the 2nd lower leg support with the
bottom expanded metal shelf pins and attach the lower leg
support to the legs with (4) bolts [ Y1 ].  Finger tighten
bolts only.

Align the upper leg supports [ AF, AG ] with the legs as
shown in STEP 1.2 and use (8) bolts to attach these
supports to the legs.  Make sure the support with the wide
spaced hooks is assembled as shown.  Tighten all (16)
bolts securely.

STEP 2:  ASSEMBLE WHEELS

Find the wheel axle with washers and locking nuts [ J ]
and (2) wheels [ H ].  Remove the (2) locking nuts and (2)
washers attached to the axle.  Insert the wheel axle
through the leg [ B ] and slide the (2) wheels onto the axle
making sure the flared hub end seats against the leg.  Use
the (2) locking nuts and (2) washers to secure the wheels
to the axle.  Use a wrench on each locking nut to tighten
securely.

STEP 3:  ASSEMBLE THE LID BRACE

Find the following parts:  (1) lid brace [ Q ], (2) spacers [ R ],
(2) 30 mm long bolts [ X ] and (2) kep hexnuts [ Y ].  Place
blocks between the barrel and the ground so the barrel does
not roll.  Open the double barrel assembly [ A ] about 1/4 turn
and have a helper steady the lid while the lid brace is being
assembled.  Attach the lid brace to the barrel using (1) 30 mm
bolt, (1) spacer and (1) hexnut.  Next, attach the lid brace to
the lid using (1) 30 mm bolt, (1) spacer and (1) hexnut.
Tighten bolts securely but leave slightly loose so brace can
move easily in the track.

The lid brace is for use in the single barrel configuration
only.  For the double barrel configuration, the lid brace is
detached from the lid by pulling the spacer thru the release
hole.
