Place two of the smaller charcoal grates (4) at
the bottom of the smoking chambers. Place the
remaining small charcoal grate at the bottom of
the fire box.

Place two of the larger cooking grills (3) on the
grill supports of the smoking chambers. Place the
remaining grill on the grill supports of the fire
box.
