ALIGNMENT TOOL #95-0728030
STEP 1: Disconnect water to Water Jet. Adjust ro-
tor upward to maximum height, tighten
adjustment knob.
STEP 2: Turn entire machine over to allow access
to nozzle jets.
STEP 3: Place base of tool flat against bottom of
Water Jet plastic body. Press 15° end
against axle, then rotate nozzle arm to
alignment tool as shown.
STEP 4: Using either the 20° or the 15° end of tool,
adjust nozzle to align with angled surface
of tool. NOTE: 20° is the factory setting.
Nozzles can be set at 15° if a slower rota-
tional speed is desired.
STEP 5: Readjust Water Jet rotor height assembly, reconnect water to machine.
