4.6 Using an external fume duct
An external fume duct can be used only if it meets the following requirements:

For the ducts, only insulated tubes (double wall) in stainless steel, secured to the building (
fig.13
)
must be used.
•
An inspection area must be created at the base of the duct for performing periodic checks and
maintenance.
•
The duct must be equipped with a wind-proof chimney pot and observe the distance "d" from the
ridge of the building as described in
