Regeneration failure
Information
The system does not regenerate for more than 99 days or 7 days if the controller type
has been set to the day of week.
A
Perform a manual regeneration to reset the error code.
B
If the system is metered, check that it is measuring the flow
by running service water and watching for the flow indicator
on the display.
C
If the unit doesn’t measure the flow, check that the meter is
working properly and its cable is correctly connected.
D
Enter the master programming mode.
E
Check that the unit is programmed correctly.
F
Check that system capacity has been selected.
G
Check that calendar override is set properly.
H
Check that meter is identified correctly.
I
If the unit is configured as a day of week system, check that
at least one day is set to ON.
J
Correct the setting as necessary.
Memory error
Information
The controller board has a memory fault.
A
Perform a master reset.
B
Reconfigure the system via master programming mode.
C
Perform manual regeneration on the valve.
D
If the error reoccurs, unplug the unit.
E
Put it into bypass.
F
Contact the dealer.
