12 - Aspiration and steam condensation insufficient
A - Check whether foreign bodies obstruct the upper air exhaust hole .
B - Check that the filter of the condenser battery is not clogged by fat residuals. In such an
event, wash it with boiling water and detersive. Rinse thoroughly.
C - Check that overload cutout is not triggered. If so, restore it.
D - Check that fuses and remote switch coil are not broken.
E - Check that motor is not blocked nor burnt and rotates in the right direction
F - Check that the cold water feed cock is open and water is present at a pressure of at least
2 bars.
G - Check that cold water inlet filter D is not clogged to such an extent as to limit the flow
rate.
13 – Pressure switch alarm
Check the pressure switch. A too low temperature in the tank and/or too much detergent (or
rinse aid) cause foam, that put the pump in cavitation. If so the pressure switch trips.
The cause for this alarm is that with tanks full of water the low pressure switch trips while the
high pressure switch is activated.
The possible cause of it are two:
1 - The low pressure switch is faulty or there is a leak on the union hoses (in this case you
must empty the tanks and fill them again to restart the dishwasher);
2 – If to restart the dishwasher is enough to press the start pushbutton, the cause of the alarm
is the presence of foam inside the wash tank. In this case the wash-pump idles (pump’s
cavitation) and the low pressure switch trips. The foaming is caused by a too low water
temperature and/or too much detergent (or rinse aid) and/or by residuals of hand wash
detergents on the dishes. So please check the temperatures, the detergent dosing and if the
staff washes the dishes by hand before to put them inside the machine.
