9.10 - TORQUE LIMITER
The limiter has already been described in
the paragraph “SAFETY DEVICES”.
It is placed in connection with the drawbar
and it is calibrated during testing by the
manufacturer.
In case it is necessary to calibrate it again,
proceed as follows:
1. Switch the machine off ;
2. Remove the protection panel;
3. Load the machine with baskets full of
dishes to be washed;
4. Loose the axial ring nut with the
hexagon ring wrench type “A”;
5. Disengage the friction with a hooked
key type “B” so that it slips;
6. At this point clockwise turn until the
drawbar manages to carry the whole
dishes charge;
7. It is considered adequately calibrated
when, in second gear, by pressing the start
pushbutton, the belt hardly manages to
carry the whole load until the end of the
delivery shelf.

WARNING!
For correct operation of the entire machine
(pumps, fans etc) check to make sure that the
conveyor lever (fig.C) moves in an
anticlockwise direction or that the shaft of the
reducer motor located beneath the washing
tank turns in the direction indicated by the
yellow arrow on the motor unit.
