INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Starting ironing garments requiring a low temperature first. Reducing the waiting
time, the iron takes less time to heat up than to cool down. It will eliminate the risk of
scorching the fabric.

Cotton and Linen.

Fabrics with this symbol are not ironable, for example,
Polypropylene, Elastaine and Acrylic Fabric.
• Fill the iron with tap water, as described in ‘Filling the Water Tank’.
• Place the Steam Generator Iron base unit on a dry, flat level surface, with the iron sat
in the correct position of the thermal insulation stand.
• Plug in and switch on at the socket.
• Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel and it will illuminate red and there will
be an audible beep, the appliance is powered on.
• When the heating indicator light goes out, the soleplate has reached temperature.
• The steam generator is set to the default of the ‘eco’ steam rate, the ‘eco’ setting light
will be illuminated green and flashing, when the steam generator is up to heat, it will
be continuously on.
WARNING
: This appliance generates high temperature steam. To avoid the risk of
severe burns, never touch the soleplate during use. Always hold the iron by its handle.
DRY IRONING
• Turn the temperature dial to select your desired temperature setting, which is
depended on the fabric of garment.
• Delicate synthetic fabrics should be ironed without steam.
• Lift the iron and iron normally,
DO NOT
press the steam trigger on the handle.
WARNING
: Never touch hot soleplate at any time before cooling down!
Fabrics with this symbol are ironable for Synthetics,
Silk and Wool.
