what is driving RTS Low (If so, find out what is driving RTS Low
(and turning on the Status 1 LED); either slide the Program
Mode/Normal Mode switch to Normal or cause RTS to go High.
A Framing or Data Timeout error
occurs while running a Range
test.
Verify that the baud rate on the PC Settings tab matches that of
the radio’s EEPROM.
Verify that both radios are powered on and that the Port
settings are correct.
Verify that the In Range LED is lit on both radios.
