TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Symptom

Machine
does not
start or a
breaker
trips.
Power supply switched
OFF or is faulty.
Wall fuse/circuit breaker is
blown/tripped.
Faulty remote control.
Remote receiver is faulty.
Incorrectly wired motor
connection.
On-board circuit breaker is
tripped.
Wiring is open/has high
resistance.
Faulty power switch.
Motor is at fault.
Ensure power supply is
ON
and
has the correct voltage.
Ensure adequate circuit size;
install inlet restrictor, replace
weak breaker.
Replace batteries; ensure un-
obstructed line-of-sight and
signal range.
Inspect receiver circuit board;
replace if faulty.
Rewire or call certified service
technician or electrician.
Allow motor to cool, improve
ventilation, press reset button.
Check for broken wires or poor
connections, repair as necessary.
Replace switch.
Test/repair/replace.
Excessive
vibration or
noise during
operation.
Loose component.
Loose or broken motor
mount.
Motor fan hitting fan
cover.
Bad motor bearings.
Inspect and tighten all bolts/nuts.
Tighten or replace as needed.
Check fan and cover; replace as
needed.
Rotate shaft manually, check for
grinding or loose shaft, replace
bearings if needed.
