Troubleshooting
Warning
Potential for Electrical shock. Do not attempt to open or disassemble pump or electrical accessories.
LCSU 4 will not power “ON”

Verify that the Battery is properly installed and charged.

Check alternative 12V DC or AC sources.
LCSU 4 runs, no vacuum, or insufficient vacuum

Verify proper Canister and Tubing connections.

Check system for leaks in Canister and Tubing connections.

Check Canister overflow protection float (800 ml).

Check if the Filter has been shut-off (300 ml).
Vacuum too high or too low
Turn Vacuum Regulator to increase or reduce vacuum level.
Battery will not charge

Verify that the Battery is installed and connected.

Re-connect source power and observe charge (all connections).
Battery seems insufficient
1
Charge the Battery for 5 hours.

Perform the Battery Test.
