To make sure all of supplement power supply are fine, it is very important
for control board, please test SPS as the following procedure:
1. Turning off input breaker, connecting charger output with SPS input and plugged fan
power wires into The corresponding terminal, then Turning on input breaker, Check if the
SPS input is about 245V DC, if not, please check if the SPS input cable is plugged tight
2.
Press “ON” Button to start SPS

When SPS is started, the Fans wouldn’t rotate because the fan power needs a signal to
drive from control board but control board was not installed in this step.
To confirm
whether the SPS is fine or not please check if the following voltage is right: for
10K/10KL, U4 output should be +15V DC, U5 output should be -15V DC, U3 output
should be +5V; for 20K/20KL, U5 output should be +15V DC, U9 output should be
-15V DC, U13 output should be + 5V.
If not, SPS part is abnormal, please check and
repair it.
