The aim of this installation guide is to familiarise you with the potential of a professional
quality appliance designed for domestic use and to facilitate its upkeep.
Above all, a La Cornue cooker is manufactured from noble and pure materials. The specific
choices for certain components, such as brass for the burners and cast-iron for the hotplate,
correspond to technicality and professional performance requirements which are not
attainable with other material or protective treatments. We are very much attached to the
