Remove belt guard from heater.

Remove fan belt.

Remove motor pulley from motor and mounting
hardware. See Fig. 17.

Open electrical supply access panel on motor and
disconnect power supply wiring. See Fig. 18.

Ensure motor and fan pulleys are properly aligned
before tightening pulleys to motor shaft.

Motor bearings are permanently lubricated.
1.
Remove the screws and turn switch assembly so the
paddle on the switch arm can be pulled through
oblong hole on side of fan housing. See Fig. 19.
2.
Disconnect the leads from the air proving switch.
