● Drain any water in the speaker or microphone, that
may be affecting audibility.
● Product is not designed to resist water pressure.
Avoid exposing to high water pressure or submersing
in water for a long period.
● Do not wash the product in a washing machine or
ultrasonic bath.
● Do not immerse the product into a bathtub. Product
is not designed to be heat resistant.
● The rapid changes of temperature may cause
condensation, resulting in malfunction. Wait until the
product reaches room temperature before you bring
the product from a cold place into a warm bathroom.
● The product does not float on water.
● Using in a bathroom
The product has been tested waterproof
performance of IPX5/8. Also, it has been tested
that the product does not cause malfunction
when hot water with temperature of up to 43℃ is
splashed by our measurement.
• When using, make sure to attach the card slot cover
completely.
• Do not use the product in a bathroom for many hours.
The product is not damp-proof.
Use in an environment with a bathroom temperature
of 40 ℃ or below and humidity of 99 % or below, and
limit to use continuously within 1 hour. Make sure
to drain and dry it after use. (▶P. 61). Continuous
operation of all functions is not guaranteed.
• Do not immerse the product into hot water of a
bathtub. Do not immerse the product into hot spring,
or hot water containing bath powder etc. If such hot
water gets on the product, or shampoo and soap
sticks to it, immediately rinse it with tap water.
• The rapid changes of temperature may cause
contraction of the packing, resulting in seepage. Wait
until the product reaches ordinary temperature before
bringing it to a bathroom.
• After using the product, rinse it with tap water, wipe
with a dry soft cloth, and remove it from a bathroom.
• Some functions may not be available depending on
the radio wave conditions of a bathroom.
● Card slot cover
• Close firmly the card slot cover of the product, and
make sure the cover is completely closed. Any minute
particles becoming lodged between contact surfaces
(a single hair, etc.), no matter how small, can cause
seepage.
• Do not wear gloves while opening/closing the card slot
cover of the product. Any minute particles becoming
lodged between contact surfaces (a single hair, etc.),
no matter how small, can cause seepage. Before
closing the cover, wipe any water, soiling, etc. with a
dry, clean cloth, no matter how small.
• Any deterioration or damage with the card slot cover
will affect water resistance.
