2. With your phone connected to a power source, from the Security screen, select
Encryption & credentials
>
Encrypt SD card
.
3. Read the message and press the Right soft key
[Next]
.
4. Enter the PIN or password and press the Center soft key
[OK]
.
5. Read the message and press the Center soft key
[Decrypt]
. The decryption
process starts.
Manage credentials
You can see the certificates you have and install others manually if necessary.
1. From the Security screen, select
Encryption & credentials
.
2. The following settings are available:
Trusted credentials
: Allows you to see the trusted credentials in your phone’s
system.
Install from SD card
: Allows you to install encrypted certificates from the
SD card
.
Clear credentials
: Clears all the credentials on your phone.
SIM card lock
Set up a PIN to lock your phone's SIM card (may not be available on your device).
1. From the Security screen, select
SIM card lock
.
2. The following settings are available:
Lock SIM card
to require a PIN in order to use your phone.
Change SIM PIN
to change your PIN code.
Accounts
Add and manage accounts on your phone.

From the Phone settings screen, select
Accounts
to open the Accounts screen.
To set up a new account:
1. From the Accounts screen, select
Add account
.
2. Select an account type.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up an account.
