Emergency Alerts
: Check the box next to the type of Emergency Alert you wish to
receive.
EMERGENCY ALERT/ALERT D’URGENCE
to deliver a national emergency
alert. EMERGENCY ALERT/ALERT D’URGENCE is always grayed out (not
selectable) and cannot be excluded.
Extreme Alert
to deliver emergency alerts in an extreme emergency situation
(an extraordinary threat to life or property).
Severe Alert
to deliver emergency alerts in a severe emergency situation (a
significant threat to life or property).
Amber Alert
to deliver alerts related to missing or endangered children.
WPAS Test Alert
to receive emergency alert test messages.
