Retrieving messages

Checking text messages
1.
From the home screen, select
Menu
→
Messages
→
Text InBox
.

up or down to scroll through the list of messages.
3.
Press
in to read a message.
indicates an “Urgent” message.

up or down to scroll through the list of messages.

to read a message.
indicates an “Urgent” message.

After reading the message, select an option from the bottom of the screen:

Reply—
If the sender’s address is available, you can reply to them.
■
Erase—
See
“Erasing messages” on page 43
.
■
Save—
Saves the message to your
Filed
folder.
■
Sender—
If the sender’s information is available, you can select this option to
save it to the
Contacts
directory.
■
Forward—
If the sender’s address is available, you can forward a message to
them.
■
Done—
Returns you to the
Text InBox
.
Note
Reply
and
Forward
may not be available on all phones. Check with your service provider.
8.
Press
to see the message links, which can include a callback number, an
email address, or a URL.
9.
If the callback number has been sent with the message, press
again to call
the number.
