Module
Replacement
While running, if power module, main control module are damaged, please inform us immediately
for replacement. Please obey the following rules during replacement:
z
Please cut off the power before replacement to avoid damages on other components due to
error operation.
z
Please strictly observe the rules described in chapter 4.9‐4.11 during the disassembly and
re‐assembly.
z
When the replacement is complete, please check if all modules are installed and connected
correctly. Don’t start up the switch hastily.

Disassembly
First, cut off the power, loosen the screws which are used to fix the switch on the rack, pull the
switch from the rack, place the switch on a smooth table top with foam cushion.
On the module you are going to replace, loosen screws which fix module and base board together,
pull the module out of the switch gently.

Aim the aligning pins in the new module at the holes in the base board of the switch, lightly plug
