Summary of the Controls on the Machine
This section describes the controls located on the machine.The operator controls are located on
the electrical box on the end of the machine. The

controls the machining of the jamb

Controls (Standard)

Start Sequence:
This pedal starts the routing sequence. The 960-
3’s routing sequence consists of clamping the jamb, turning on
the routers, cutting the Strike Plate, turning off the routers, un-
clamping the jamb.
Stop Sequence:
This pedal stops the 960-3’s routing sequence
and returns the routers to the home position and unclamps the
work.
Control Circuit:
Applies
power to the machine’s
transformer.
Machine Power:
(Start)
Applies power to
the programmable con

troller.
(Stop)
Removes power
to the programmable
controller
Thickness
Choose the
door thickness that will
be paired with the door.
1-3/8'' (Interior Door) or
1-3/4'' (Exterior Doors)
Eject:
Turns the auto
eject function on or off.

On)
auto ejects jamb
after machining
(Off)
Press the Stop
Sequence pedal to man

Disconnect Switch
