Installing the KSP8 mLAN I/O Option
Tools Required For Installation

#2 Phillips screwdriver
You will need access to the back panel of the KSP8.

NOTE: FireWire cables are not provided with the Option Installation Kit
Installation
1. Turn the unit off, then unplug all cables from the KSP8.
2. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the two screws attaching the option slot cover plate to the
back panel of the KSP8. Set the screws aside so that you can use them to attach the option board.
The option slot cover plate is shown in Figure 1.
