Setting up the Rework system
a) Place the crane in such a way that the Rework system can be lifted from the
pallet and laid onto the table.
b) Fit the hoisting slings to the crane.
WARNING
Suspended load! Risk of injury if the load falls!
The bottom heating moves sideways and to the front and therefore takes up more
space than the machine base. With regard to this, please also read Chapter [Tech-
nical data [
a) Place the Rework system as far backwards as possible on the left side of the
table.
WARNING
Fire hazard, hazard due to heat accumulation!
Personal or material damage is possible!
a) Above, behind and next to the machine there must be no furniture (shelves, cab-
inets) or flammable products!
b) The distance to the walls must be at least 10 cm.
a) For horizontal alignment, use a precision spirit level. Adjust the feet in such a
way as to align the Rework system in a perfectly horizontal position.
We recommend storing the packaging material and the hoisting slings for later use.
The Rework System can be safely packed, stored and transported only with this
packaging material.
