Roasting and baking programs

Your oven offers you

twelve convenient roasting and baking programs

 of which

six are roasting -

 and

six are baking programs

 which will help you

to roast and bake. If you select a roasting program, you must merely remember to turnthe roast once and your oven will do the rest. The cooking temperature
and duration are pre-set. These pre-set values can be changed. We recommend you to observe the reference values given in this manual as

precisely

 as

possible.

Take note:

With the twelve roasting and baking programs the set time does not start to run until the pre-set temperature has been reached.

The specified temperature and duration of the roasting and baking programs applies to the preparation of 1 kg of meat, poultry, round raised cakes with 500 g of
flour or 1 kg of raw potatoes and raw vegetables. If you use larger or smaller amounts, the cooking or baking time and temperature must be changed accordingly
(see Changing cooking temperature on page 28). You will find reference values for the preparation of larger amounts of meat in the roasting program table.

Use the core temperature probe. You are independent of the weight and size of the meat or poultry and the cooking time is already pre-set (see
section  Core temperature probe on page 32).
