Troubleshooting
Routine Maintenance (Cont.)
Wheels
Remove dirt from the machine unit and wheels regularly. Dirt may cause uneven sanding.
Dust bag
Remove the bag and shake it well, using a mask and safety goggles, to remove sawdust. It is recommended to properly
dispose of the sawdust. Turn the bag inside out and wash it in the machine in cold water to prevent blockage of the pores
and a decrease in dust collection ability.
Lubrication
The machine does not require lubrication. All moving parts, including the motor, have watertight ball bearings lubricated for
approximately 10,000 hours of operation.
Bona Edge UX is a high quality machine and is tested by authorized test staff at the factory before delivery. However, electrical
and mechanical parts wear down and age during long-term use.
Only Bona's original parts may be used because the machine is considered unique, otherwise safety functions can become
impaired.
When you contact Bona or staff approved by Bona in the event of a fault or to order spare parts, always specify the type and
serial number of your machine. This information is located on the data plate of the machine.
