Locking center kicker wheel in the
transport position
The center kicker wheel can be locked to prevent it from
rotating to the working position during operation or
transportation.
To lock the center kicker wheel in the transport
position:
- Activate the tractor hydraulics and raise the rake arms
until they reach the stops.
- Stop the tractor engine and remove ignition key.
- Wait until the rotating parts have come to a complete
stop.
- Close the hydraulic lock valve (1) at the rear of the
rake.
Before leaving the tractor or before
adjusting, maintaining or repairing the
machine, always perform the safety
shutdown procedure.
