Mower conditioner
- Pivot special tool downwards to free spring plate
from screw head.
- Make sure that the securing nut and bolt are in
good condition and if necessary, replace them:
• Torque: 12 daN.m (89 lbf.ft).
Dull knives require more horse power and have a
negative effect on the cut quality.
Fitting
Knives can be turned over on the same disc to use
the other cutting edge or replaced. On each knife,
an arrow indicates the disc's direction of rotation.
- Refer to self-adhesive fitted on the machine to
check the codes and dimensions of the knives.
- Pivot special tool downwards to free spring plate
from screw head.
- Insert the new knife on the screw head.
