TROUBLE SHOOTING.
Proceed in the order below for troubleshooting:
Fault
Cause
Solution
The control unit will not go on
Polarity reversed
Power supply cut off
Unit failure
Check polarity
Check the battery cable
and connection and the fuse
Return the unit
The computer displays
HALP88 or HALP00
Memory fault
Return the unit
No area display
No pulses over 100m
No signals from speed sensor.
Circle in display not flashing
Enter pulses over 100 m
Check distance between sensor
and magnet (5 –10 mm).
The magnet must be turned towards
the sensor.
Fix the wiring of the branch box
Green = gn = signal
brown = bn = + 12V
white = ws = 0 V
Faulty sensor, replace
Faulty form, replace
No area display
No working width
Enter working width
Seed quantity not displayed
No signals from
Optoelectronic sensors
Seed drill faulty or empty.
Optoelectronic sensors dirty.
Clean with washing-up
liquid. Dry.
Check the wiring:
green = gn = signal
brown = br = + 12V
white = ws = 0V
Faulty sensor, replace.
